The SSEE Research Paper series is intended to provide a forum for preliminary presentation of the results of research in Anthropology, Geography, Environmental Studies, Development Studies, Gender Studies and the History and Philosophy of Science. Produced on an irregular basis, the series includes papers by staff, visiting professors/scholars and postgraduate students.
